Rough Time?
I bet you didn't have it as rough as this spoon.. I mean, he didn't even get a chance at life. He was stuck inside of a tree all his life.. until he was cut down & carved into something that stirs things that boil.
Honestly, Run down, Tired, Frustrated??* I used to think I don't get paid enough... Actually, I am a student. Money flows heavily the opposite direction. Just look around: Everything you need is right there. You have a grocery store with sanitary food, an emergency room nearby if you need it, a friend or relative who would help you, and a government, though imperfect, that will not let you go hungry.
Job loss, Money troubles, Arguments at home
Wandering spouse, Disapproving parents, Rough time at school
Sick loved one, Poor health
Stocks down, Gas prices UP
That is what we face.My mother has AIDS, and my father was killed in civil war.
I live in an orphanage, but I barely get one meal per day.
I am only 3 years old.
That is what some kids face in Africa.Our troubles aren't so bad, huh?
Feeling down?1. Pray
2. Tell the person you're closest to (spouse, sister, friend)
3. Go for a walk, or exercise
4. Write down a list of everything you have to do in the next day, week, or month to make things work out
5. Cross off items as you do them
